Jacobs Well is a mission outreach of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Horsham. It has been serving the Horsham community and surrounds for over 40 years, and caters for all denominations.

Please take note of our trading hours over the Christmas/New Year period as they differ from the usual.

 

Dec 25 – 29 – Closed

Dec 30 – 31 – Open 10am – 4pm

Jan 1 – Jan 6 – Closed

Reopening Jan 7 - 10am – 4pm

Please note – we will be closed on Mondays throughout January.
